The Perfect Venue for your Special Day is Lilleshall Hall - National Sports & Conferencing Centre - Selecting the right location for such a momentous occasion is never easy but at Lilleshall, we feel we have got it spot on. We are able to provide beautiful surroundings and a warm intimate atmosphere, which, combined with the professionalism of our dedicated and friendly staff, ensure that your day is nothing short of wonderful.

Built in 1831, the former home to the Duke of Sutherland stands in extensive, beautiful grounds overlooking stunning Capability Brown inspired gardens, an ideal backdrop for those ever cherished photographs.

The Hall has many stunning original features including the oak paneled walls of the Duke's former library, now Chapters Restaurant, able to seat up to 90 guests for a civil ceremony.

This feel is maintained throughout the Duke of Sutherland Room which, combined with the Read Room make up the Duke of Sutherland Suite and can host wedding breakfasts for up to 64 guests and evening receptions for up to 100 guests.

Original fireplaces, views of the gardens and access to the garden terrace, make this unique venue ideal for more intimate occasions.

For larger events, Ford Hall is an ideal facility, able to accommodate up to 300 for an evening reception and 250 for your wedding breakfast. Recently refurbished to the highest standards, Ford Hall can be transformed to fit your wedding theme and colour scheme. The tented walls make a great backdrop and with a high trellis style, beamed Belfast Ceiling, which we believe is one of the finest examples of its kind in the UK, this is a unique facility for your celebration.

Lilleshall can also host weddings and celebrations in marquees for between 120 - 1000 guests.

With the ideal mix of stately home and formal gardens, and using the Grand Entrance to the Main House, you can lead your guests through to a luxurious bespoke marquee erected within the grounds.

As an Elite National Sports Centre, we have our very own 'Campus style' accommodation on site for you and your guests to stay with us. With our own on-site bar and self service restaurant you can meet up with family and friends both before and after the wedding. Private dinners can be arranged at a small additional cost. Have a walk in our 100+ acres of grounds and perhaps make use of some of the sport facilities available. (Sports facilities are subject to availability and must be pre booked before arrival - please contact for more details)

Our dedicated team of wedding co-ordinators will guide you through every aspect of planning your wedding day. We also understand that every wedding is unique and are always happy to tailor your special day to meet your individual requirements.

At Lilleshall we understand that every wedding is unique and we therefore look to tailor a package to your individual requirements. Your package can be built as you wish and can include all or any of the services offered by Lilleshall that will make your special day perfect. Our tailored packages are based on a minimum spend and are available from just £4,000.

2015 Wedding Packages at Lilleshall

Why Wait Package - £3,500

The Why Wait late availability wedding package is available for weddings that take place within a six month window from the date the booking is made.  The price is based on 50 daytime guests and 100 evening guests.

This all inclusive package includes:

  • Use of The Duke of Sutherland Room for your civil ceremony
  • Use of stone terrace for photographs and reception drink
  • Red Carpet Arrival
  • Wedding Coordinator
  • Glass of Prosecco following the ceremony
  • 3 canapés per person
  • 3 course set wedding breakfast menu
  • 2 glasses of house wine per person with the meal
  • A glass of Prosecco to toast 
  • White table linen
  • Use of cake stand and Knife
  • Complimentary accommodation for Bride & Groom on evening of the wedding
  • Bacon Roll evening buffet menu

Winter Wedding Package - £4,000

The Winter Wedding package is available for weddings that take place between 1st Nov 2015 – 31st March 2016.  The price is based on 50 daytime guests and 100 evening guests. 

This all inclusive package includes:

  • Use of stone terrace for photographs and reception drink
  • Red Carpet Arrival
  • Wedding Coordinator
  • Glass of mulled wine following the ceremony
  • 3 canapés per person
  • 3 course set wedding breakfast menu
  • 2 glasses of house wine per person with the meal
  • A glass of Bellini to toast 
  • White table linen
  • Use of cake stand and Knife
  • Complimentary accommodation for Bride & Groom on evening of the wedding
  • Bacon Roll evening buffet menu

Intimate Wedding Package - £1,250

The Intimate wedding package is available for weddings that take place on a Monday – Thursday with 20 people or fewer.   

This all inclusive package includes:

  • Civil ceremony room hire
  • Wedding breakfast room hire
  • Use of stone terrace for photographs and reception drink
  • Red Carpet Arrival
  • Wedding Coordinator
  • Glass of Prosecco following ceremony
  • 3 canapés per person
  • 3 course set wedding breakfast menu

  • A glass of Prosecco to toast 
  • White table linen
  • Use of cake stand and Knife
  • Complimentary accommodation for Bride & Groom on evening of the wedding
